- Name your region - Feel free to choose a name that best represents the area you are defining.
- Color code your region - Assign a distinct color to your new region. This visual coloring assists in managing and distinguishing multiple service areas as your coverage map expands.
- Detail your services - Select from the dropdown the services you offer in this region. These details will be applied across the entire region but can be customized for specific areas later as you continue to define your region.

Designating Specific Coverage Areas
- Add Coverage - Click the ‘Add Coverage’ button to get started.
You can either search for a state using the search bar or select it directly from the map to add them to your coverage area.
For example, selecting New York as we did in our completed example automatically includes the state of New York and all its counties in your service area. - Adjust Coverage - If any part of a state falls outside your service area, you can deselect it at the county level either in the list view by unchecking the checkbox or on the map view by zooming in and deselecting the non relevant area. The map will update to reflect these changes.
- Adjust Service Details - When adding another state, you have the opportunity to specify additional services or remove the top level service for that particular area or counties within the area.
- Click 'Save' to save your new service area.
- It will then appear under the 'Service Areas' tab.
Setting Service Radius for Precise Areas
FexaLink also allows you to define service areas based on specific addresses and set a service radius around them
- Specify Service Radius - From a designated location, you can define a set a service radius, e.g., within a 100-mile radius in which you provide covered services within
- Fine-tune Boundaries - If the defined radius crosses into another state or an area you don’t service, you can toggle for FexaLink to auto trim to the state boundary.
Remember to save your updated coverage.
