How Operators Contact You
The Message Center enables operators to contact your business and facilitates information exchange.
- You will receive an email notification each time you get a message from an operator.
- A notification icon will appear next to "Message Center" in the main navigation to alert you when a new message is received.
- Access the Message Center and select the sender from the left column—a notification icon will appear if there is a new message.
- Open the new message: a notification icon will indicate if it’s unread.
How to Reply to a Message
To reply, type your message in the message box, attach any documents, and click "Send."
