Provider Profile - Profile Completion Tracking and Guidance
Service Providers will be notified when their business profile is hidden from search results due to incomplete information and will be guided through the completion process while tracking their progress.
How it works
- As a Service Provider, navigate to your business profile.
- You’ll see the completion percentage displayed above the company logo.
- If the business profile is incomplete, the percentage will be under 100%, and a checklist will appear to guide you through completing the missing sections.
- Click on any incomplete section to be redirected to the relevant area.
- Complete the section.
- Once your business profile is fully complete, the checklist will disappear, and a notification will indicate “100% complete”.
⚠️ Completing the profile checklist is the only way to make your business profile visible to Operators.
Now is the best time to give your business profile some love!
Log in and complete it today, so operators can finally see what you’ve got!
