Smarter Search, Smoother Imports.

We’re excited to introduce updates that make navigating FexaLink even easier.

Provider search results now appear in a card format, making it simpler to view and compare key details and connect with the right providers faster.
We’ve also enhanced the facility bulk-import process, now fully aligned with Fexa CMMS.

🛠️  Improvements

Find a Provider – Provider Search Results Now Displayed in Card Format

Provider search results now feature clickable cards that display key information and offer quick access to relevant actions.

How it works

  1. Navigate to “Find a Provider”
  2. Search for a provider using filters or the search bar.

Search results are now displayed in a card format for easier browsing. Each card includes:

  • Provider Logo, Provider Name, Services Offered, Category(ies) and Coverage Area (States).

Interactions:

  • Click anywhere on the card (logo, name, or background) to view the full Provider Profile.
  • Click the Message icon to send a direct message.
  • Click the Heart icon to Add to Favorites or Remove from Favorites, depending on the current state.

Why it's great

This new layout provides a concise, scannable summary of each provider, making it faster and easier for operators to compare profiles.

Add Facilities – Provider Search Results Now Displayed in Card Format

Operators can now easily export Facilities from Fexa CMMS and import them into FexaLink, thanks to aligned column and validation formats between both platforms.

 

How it works

 

1. Sign in to your Fexa CMMS account

  • Simply go to the Facilities grid and click the Export icon in the top right corner. A report will be sent to your inbox.

  • Upload the CSV file directly into FexaLink under the Facilities tab, and just like that, your facilities are set up and ready for provider searches!

2. Sign in to your FexaLink Account 

Import Facilities with the Fexa CMMS Import

  • Go to the Facilities tab. 

  • Click on “Import Facilities”.

  • Find the exported facilities file from FexaCMMS in your inbox.

  • Upload the file into FexaLink. Your facilities will then appear in the 'Facilities' table (see screenshot below).
